Sometimes in life things happen without us understanding the reason behind it.

Sad. Frustrated.

But i believe Allah knows best.

And why Allah allow those things to happen? So we take lesson out of it.

Don't worry if we were being misunderstood, misjudged. In the end its Allah who's gonna judge us not human.


Have good intentions, be sincere and always be patient.

Because you know what? Allah knows whats in our heart. And like a rainbow after the rain, there's always a good thing after the pain :)
 

 

Crush

Was watching 'Something Borrowed" at Star World. It's about Rachel who's having a crush with Dex but didn't tell it out. Happens to be Dex falls for Rachel's best friend. Darcy instead. Few years flew. Darcy and Dex are getting married. On a drunk night Rachel accidentally spilled out that she had a crush with Dex and that leads to a one night stand. Dex wished that he knew. What happens next? watch yourself ;p

Crush. We've been friend since last 3 years. I felt for him since I first met him. But i don't think he felt the same way for me.
Why not spill it out?
Well I'm just not his type. He wants someone whose talkative, bubly, have fair skin, nora danish look type. Well i'm  just not.
Someone like him will never like someone like me.

I guess i've showed enough hint already. And i don't want to be chasing someone who's clearly not into me.
I know I should move on. I tried to ignore and stay away. But that actually hurts me more.
I tried not to think about him ended i still miss him.
It hurts, but when he talk to me, that hurt feeling just felt fade away.
I'm stupid I know.
But.
I will never be good enough for him.

So i choose to wait. Wait for someone who will see me, who will love me, who will appreciate me for who I am.
I wanna be someone's first choice.
You, i know i will always have these feelings for you. Till when i don't know. I'm praying if you are not for me, Allah will take away this feeling.
If we are meant to be we will be together somehow. If its not then its not.

Go travel!

Travel has been my passion since i have my own pocket money. Well i'm not from a rich family who can travel oversea during the school holiday. And i never dream that i'm gonna even go outside of Malaysia. Alhamdulillah, was given opportunity by Allah to see outside world. So far I've been to Indonesia ( Bandung, Bukit Tinggi and Bali), Thailand ( Bangkok and Krabi), Vietnam (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh), Singapore, Australia ( Melbourne) and New Zealand (South Island). Hopefully i can continue to add on my travel list.


So. Why i love to travel?

Here goes 22 reasons why you should go travel :)

1. It’s Awesome:Traveling just gives such a general sense of ‘WOW’. All the different experiences (both good and bad) just make you feel alive and part of this wonderful world.


2. Experience Different Cultures:
Living in one place for a long time (or all your life) can lead you to believe that everyone else has the same customs and habits. Venturing out to other countries with different cultures to yours can be really eye-opening. The ways in which people live throughout the world are truly fascinating.


3. Endless Choices and Possibilities:
There are 195 official countries in the world. When travelling, you have hundreds of choices of where to go, how long to stay and what to do. You can go to a place for adventure, sports, culture, work or just total relaxation. You can even make it a combination of all of the above. 


4. You Will Grow As a Person:
Whoever you think you are right now and whatever you think you want from life right now will change if you travel for a long time. You will see the world, experience different cultures and meet many people. You will learn much about yourself and your expectations and goals in life may just change completely.


5. Better Social Skills:
When traveling, you are constantly in contact with people. Whether they be locals or tourists, you will need them, and they will need you. Initially it may be very hard, but over time you will become better at talking to strangers and making new friends.

I have some friends in countries around the world that I met on a vacation, and I could stay with them anytime and visa versa.

8. Pay With Different Currencies:
There are so many different types of currencies in the world. Dollars, Euros, Pesos, Rubels,Yens and countless others. Each currency has different coins and notes. Nice to look at and have in your wallet.     


9. Experience Different Climates:
One of the beauties about traveling is that you have the choice where you want to go. This means you can choose the kind of climate you want to be in. You can have a year of summer or a year of winter. You can go to the sun in the middle of winter and to the snow in the middle of summer.


10. Realize That You Do Not Need Much To Survive:
I have lots of things in my room and my house at home. When I travel, I have a suitcase and a backpack, and I live out of that for months at a time. Besides a suitcase of clothes and some things like a laptop, camera and cellphone, all you need is money so you can rent an apartment and pay for your travels.


11. All The Delicious Foods and Dishes:
Different countries and different cultures mean different dishes and different food. Yummy food! I personally think eating is one of the more fun things to do in life. So travel and eat Indian, Thai, seafood, steak, rice, roasts and much much more. 


12. Learn to Adapt and Improvise:
When traveling, there is not always a fixed plan or routine. Sometimes you will need to make adjustments on the spot in order to get things done and to get to where you need to be.


13. Traveling Can Be Cheap:
Some people think that traveling the world means spending a fortune. The most expensive part of traveling is probably the plane tickets. If you plan your travels you can find cheap accommodation and food and adventures do not have to be expensive either.


14. Sense of Freedom:
The sense of freedom that you get from traveling is fantastic. Deciding where you want to go, how long you want to stay, what you want to do. It’s FANTASTIC!  


15. Get away from your troubles:
Maybe things have been a little too stressful at your work or in your life lately. Traveling is a great way to leave all your worries behind and just concentrate on the present. You’ll be feeling totally refreshed and ready to take on the world after some extensive traveling.

Maybe pointless and egotistical, but hey, it’s something to be proud of if you say you’ve stepped on every single continent on this planet.

Been there, done that?! Now you can have photos to prove all the cool things you have done on your travels.

To some people, 1 year may sound like a long time. A year flies by before you know it. So rather take that year and spend it going crazy and doing what you really want to do instead of spending it behind a desk again.

Keep a log of your journey and travels. Post your adventures, stories, videos and photos on your own blog and you may even build up a following of thousands of people.


20. Face Your Fears:
Are you scared of traveling by yourself? Of being alone? Of venturing out into the unknown? Then Traveling by yourself is the best way to grow as a person. Face your fears and become your best self.

Yes budget is one thing. But you can always save parts of your earning for travel purpose. You work hard so you deserve to be rewarded once in a while. And you can always travel cheap. Backpackers are my way. Keyword. Research, research and research. And guys please, be a traveler don't be a tourist. You are going to have a great adventure at the other side of the world. Go out, come back and you will see your country differently.

Running Therapy

This is a story of how running saved my life. (that sound a bit exaggerating, but somehow its true :p)

I started running few years back. I was really heart broken at that time. I mean really really heart broken. I just broken up with my boyfriend. I can't accept the fact that we were over. I felt lonely. I felt like a loser. I felt helpless. And i cried a lot. I cried while i bath, while i eat, while i do nothing. Yeap i cried most of the time till my eyes were swolen.

At one point i felt so tired of feeling sad. Like I'm crying for no point. I figured life goes on. He was a jerk and does not deserve me at all. What's the point of crying over someone who hurt me? The best revenge is to move on and be happy. So I tried to do lots of things to distract myself. I kept myself busy. I even googled how to survive a breakup. Oh so pathetic me haha.

Out of all i found running as the best therapy. I even cried while i ran. Few times not once. But i felt better each time. The more i ran i felt like I was farther away from those sad memories. Its like i was running away from my past. I felt stronger. I felt brand new.

I started joining many running events. And completing each run is one kind of achievement for me. Yes its tiring. When you're really tired, its not your physical strength that pushes you forward. Its your mental strength. You have a choice. To keep running or give up. And if you choose to push yourself, reaching the finishing line will make you feel that sense of satisfaction. Things about running is that your heart is pumpin hard and you'll always feel good about about yourself afterwards.


I remember my most played song on my mp3 at that time was Christina Perri's Jar of hearts. The song actually relates to my feelings and situation I was going through. I played this song over and over while running. This song inspired me to convert those sad, like a loser feeling to angry, powerful and in control of my own emotion.

Well it took me almost 1 year and more than 100km of running to make me proudly say I am ok, I moved on. So yeah that's how running saved my heart. Putting back those broken pieces.

So guys and girls, go run!! Its cheaper than going to the therapist.

A lot been goin in my life right now.
So i guess why not document it.
So that i can remember those moments.

Alhamdulillah I thank Allah, that has made me way better person
